How To Order Products Using the 400 Website:
* Browse our site using the menu on the top. When you see an item you want to buy, click on the picture to view more details and product options. Select the size you want and press the 'Add to Cart' button. This places the item in an electronic shopping cart.
* You may continue shopping after placing an item in your cart. To return to your cart at any point during the shopping process, click on the View Cart symbol located in the top of your screen. You can also change the quantities of the products in your cart.
* After putting all the items you wish to buy in your shopping cart, click "Proceed to Checkout".
* You will be asked to provide your billing and shipping address.
* You will then be shown the total amount of your order, including sales tax (Colorado shipments only). You will then be asked to choose a shipping option.
* At this point, a new total charge will appear and you will be asked to enter your credit card information. After confirming your selections, click the 'Place Order' button.
* After you click on 'Place Order,' a page will appear that confirms your order and gives you an order number you can use to contact us. We will also send you a confirmation of your order via email.

The 400 uses UPS and USPS for all shipments. We ship as fast as possible. All shipping rates include Shipping, Handling, and Insurance.

Payment Information:
The 400 accepts Visa and MasterCard only. All Funds must be in U.S. Dollars
Credit Cards:
You can safely enter your entire credit card number, via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. We bill all Credit Card orders the day we receive your order and bill the full amount all at once. This cuts down on the cost of our bookkeeping, and allows us to keep our prices low. We may ship partial orders at any time, but will continue to deliver all goods without any additional charges.
Sales Tax:
Sales tax is charged only on orders sent within the state of Colorado. Colorado State laws require that we charge sales tax on the full amount of the product order (not including shipping).
Invoicing and Receipts:
You will receive a confirmation email invoice of your order at the conclusion of the ordering process. If you misplace this confirmation, we will be more than happy to forward an additional copy.
All orders shipped from the 400 will include a packing slip or invoice with the name of the 400 on top of receipt.
Order Cancellation Policy:
If you request to cancel your order or items on your order, we will attempt to cancel these items if your request is within one hour of placing the order. In order to make a cancellation request, please call 303.446.0400, as these requests must be received via phone. If our Customer Lines are engaged, you will be asked to leave a message. Please include your order number and contact details. We cannot guarantee the order will be cancelled and if the order ships, shipping charges will not be refunded.
Return and Exchange Policy:
Thank you for shopping with the 400. We sincerely hope that you're satisfied with your purchase. Should there be a factory defect or an incorrect shipment, we'll exchange it at our cost or issue an in-store credit. There are NO CASH REFUNDS. If necessary to exchange or return an item please take the following steps:
1. Call 303.446.0400 within 7 days from receipt of goods to obtain an "RA" code. You will be asked to provide a reason for return at this time. Absolutely no returns or exchanges will be accepted if the package isn't clearly marked with the "Return Authorization code".
2. Upon approval, merchandise meeting the following criteria may be returned (freight prepaid) for an exchange or in-store credit only. NO CASH REFUNDS.
*Returned merchandise must be in the original box and in mint condition with any and all tags attached. *Include a copy of the original receipt that shipped with your merchandise.
*All returns and exchanges must be received by the 400 within 30 business days from invoice date. The entire process, after our receipt of merchandise, may take up to 45 business days.
*Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Additional shipping and handling fees are required to process all exchanges.
MERCHANDISE NOT MEETING THE ABOVE CRITERIA WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN
Statement Of Security:
The 400 utilizes a 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) for data encryption on the ecommerce portion of our website. This system is in place to protect the transmission of your personal information when shopping on our website. If you are concerned about using our website to order products please feel free to contact us by phone at 303.446.0400 and we will be happy to take your order via phone. If you send us information via email, we advise you that e-mail is not necessarily secure against interception. We suggest that you do not send information such as credit card number, checking account information, address, phone number, etc. via email. We urge you to contact us by postal mail or via our phone line 303.446.0400 with this type of information if necessary.
